The deadline for payment of early bird registration fees is 30 April 2008. Thereafter, normal registration fees will apply.

- All costs include VAT. Foreign delegates should request an invoice before payment to determine correct amount.
- Early bird registrations must be paid in full by 30 April 2008, thereafter normal registration fees will apply
- Normal registrations should be paid in full by 11 July 2008.
- The congress organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on all registrations cancelled after 30 June 2008
- Registration fees include:
- Full delegate with no accommodation: all meals from Monday supper to Thursday supper, excluding breakfast, all conference facilities
- Full delegate in single accommodation: all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast, all conference facilities, accommodation in a single unit
- Full delegate in sharing accommodation (two per unit): all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast, all conference facilities, accommodation in a unit with one other person
- Full delegate in sharing accommodation (three/four per unit): all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast, all conference facilities, accommodation in a unit with two or three other people
- Full student delegate: all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast, all conference facilities, accommodation in a unit with two or three other people, proof of student status must be provided with registration
- Day delegate: all meals from morning tea to evening meal on the day, all conference facilities
- Accompanying persons: all meals from Monday supper to Friday breakfast (unless self catering option chosen), accommodation in unit with Congress delegate
