The Annual Congress will be hosted jointly by the North West and Northern Cape provinces in Kimberley, also known as the Diamond City, the capital city of the Northern Cape province. The Congress Organising Committee have planned a Congress itinerary which encompasses as much of the diversity of the area as possible. The Meet and Greet function together with Registration on Monday 19 July 2010 will be hosted by the historical McGregor Museum. The main venue for the Congress will be the Tabernakel Church, but each evening will bring a new experience to the delegates: a traditional evening at the Marrick Game Farm on Tuesday, a Ghost Tour on Wednesday and the Gala Dinner at the Horseshoe Motel on the evening of 22 July 2010. Several tour options for both pre- and post-Congress tours have also been put together by the Northern Cape Tourism Authority, and one post-Congress tour has been put together by Riaan Dames of North West Provinicial Government.
