Early bird registrations must be paid in full by 31 March 2012, thereafter normal registration fees will apply.
Normal registrations should be paid in full by 6 July 2012.
The congress organisers reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee on all registrations cancelled after 31 May 2012.
Any changes requested to a tax invoice following confirmation of a proforma invoice will be charged at R50 per change.
